Customer’s Refund & Cancellation Policy

We have a ‘No Cancellation, No Refund’ policy once the product has been shipped to your address.
Customers cannot cancel their orders after payment/delivery and the same can only be cancelled by the Merchants if they are unable to serve the Customer for any reason.


In certain cases (including but not limited to selling illegal products/items), Bikry shall have the right to cancel the orders without prior intimation and Bikry holds the right to block the Merchants from using Bikry’s assets in future.


Cancellation or Rejection of the Order

For pre-paid orders, in the event of any cancellation or rejection of the order by Bikry or the Merchant, due to any reason, the amount equivalent to the price of the cancelled or rejected order will be refunded to the Customer and the amount will normally be credited within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation/rejection.

If amount is debited however Order is not successful

For pre-paid orders, if the amount for an order therein is debited from the Customer’s account/card however the order is not successful for any reason, then the concerned amount will be refunded to the Customer and the amount will normally be credited within 3-7 business days from the payment date.


Chargeback and disputes


If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service can be suspended without notice. Any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
